Administration and Controlling

This department provides support to the various subsidiaries through the administrative processing of the flow of goods and financial transactions. In addition, this department processes all registered work hours using a barcode system. All hours performed by employees located all over the world are processed within a week. The department consists of three staff members, headed by a controller. Together they also provide financial and project-driven reporting so that the current state of affairs of the various companies is made easily accessible, particularly while projects are active.

Facilities Services

This department provides reception services, and processes incoming and outgoing telephone calls. In addition, it provides an important service in cleaning the buildings. This department maintains contacts with all of the suppliers for the offices at MSH organizations' business venues.

The ICT Department

This department is pivotal for the organization, providing innovative solutions for data storage, with this department guaranteeing that any data generated will always be available. In order to spread risks, different servers are used for the various applications. This department is entirely self-supporting with two staff members. Only in this way can the various companies be supported in the areas of data storage, database support, email and internet, Citrix Metaframe solutions and all possible solutions in the area of landline, wireless and "Voice over IP" (internet-based) telephone communication.
